Candyscapephotography provides creative photography and visual production services for artistic and commercial projects. All work is delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables, timelines, and usage rights are defined per project agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services or contacting us. You must not use the website or its content for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
All images, text, and materials displayed on this site are owned by Candyscapephotography unless otherwise credited. Upon full payment, clients receive a license for the agreed use of delivered images as specified in the project contract.
Candyscapephotography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a client violates these terms or engages in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or fraudulent. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our content and return or destroy any materials provided under the agreement.
